Our next inquiry is from Eugene Radcliffe of Mansfield, Ohio and his information is as follows:

I was born in Portsmouth, Ohio. My mother was Grace India Martin and my father was Samuel Tilden Radcliffe (the middle name of my father came from my grandmother, Sarah Ann Dupey. It is an old name in their family. Sarah’s husband, my grandfather was Allen Thomas Radcliffe. The only thing wrong is the miss spelling of Ratcliffe It should be Ratcliffe, which, by the way goes back to William Ratcliffe, who was an Epistical Methodist preacher by the way married Mary Fenton from Pittsburgh? William and a sister, Mary, a school teacher showed up in Baltimore, Maryland, east coast area. From there to Maysoill, Kentucky. I was 66 years of age before I got this far along.
I have documents showing the footsteps of my great great grandmother, Mary Fenton. I found most of these papers in the Warnock Family Reunion in Greenup County, Kentucky. Many of these papers go back to 1892. All of them within fifteen miles of my hometown, but I never knew. On a visit to West Union, Ohio I found your name. I also found that my grandmother and father lived and died in Winchester, Ohio. I hope to be able to search these areas out hoping to find my missing family. My own family never talked about it, but I do not know why.

Our final inquiry for this issue comes from Jeannette. Her information is in the form of a pedigree chart and it is as follows:

#1 Justus Fenton AFN: mtql-hp Born September 14, 1773 Mansfield, Tolland County, Connecticut. Died, Ohio, Spouse Mary Parker, (daughter of Johnathan Parker, aid to George Washington)
#2 (on line above Justus) Ebenezer Fenton AFN CDJQ-9f Born August 29, 1710 Mansfield, Connecticut March 26. Died August 1739, Mansfield, Tolland County, Connecticut.
#3 (below Justus) Lydia Conant AFN CDJQ-BL Born August 12, 1739. Now I know that means Ebenezer and Lydia are husband and wife, but where does Justus come in, is he their son, and would #4 Robert Fenton, and 5 Dorothy Farrar, be Ebenezer be the son of #4 & 5.

She thinks that is the way it goes, anyway, then Justus is my great great grandfather, great + Ralph and grand is Eusebius Marcellus. I have charts of that line going back to the 1100s.

If you think you can help Jeannette with her information, you can contact her at the following address:
